Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you ordered the wrong product, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange under the below conditions.

Condition of goods: Returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return process: Returns will only be accepted with our prior written authorisation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Jurisdiction: This policy applies to B2B sales within Ireland only.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us in writing within 5 working days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit note at our discretion.

Decision: Gigi Ireland reserve the right to refuse a return or refund.

 

How to return:   Please contact us at info@gigi.ie within 14 days of delivery to arrange your return. You will receive a Returns number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item(s). You must have a valid RMA number before you send back the goods.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Ireland only: This policy applies to customers in Ireland. We do not currently ship or accept returns from other EU countries.
